What we'll cover…
This class is perfectly timed for the warmer weather – ready for you to host your very own charming garden Afternoon Tea party. Matty will teach you how to bake the perfect sweet treats for a homemade Afternoon Tea.
You will be shown perfectly zesty lemon drizzle bars, mini Victoria sponges, and the classic cream scone topped with homemade strawberry jam.
Prior to the class you will be provided with a list of carefully selected ingredients and equipment. This course requires no specialist equipment.
We will bake these treats together and plenty of time will be offered for questions about Bake Off, general baking and anything inbetween
You’ll finish this course with confidence to make your own delicious cake and torte each time. I'll also send the full recipe PDF via email after so you'll have it for years to come
