What we'll cover…
Matty will teach you how to bake some of the most important staples for any baker! However, he will be showing you how to elevate them and take them to the next level with a couple of tricks.
You will be shown the secrets to soft and chewy cookies that have been taken to another level with the use of browned butter. A delicious triple chocolate muffin filled with a ganache alongside a buttery shortbread biscuit filled with chocolate chunks and pecans.
Prior to the class you will be provided with a list of carefully selected ingredients and equipment. This course requires no specialist equipment.
We will bake these treats together and plenty of time will be offered for questions about Bake Off, general baking and anything inbetween
You’ll finish this course with confidence to make your own delicious cake and torte each time. I'll also send the full recipe PDF via email after so you'll have it for years to come
