I'll be sharing all of the tips and tricks I've learnt for you to perfect rough puff pastry and sharing a recipe you'll use for years to come

During this two hour zoom class you will be provided with recipes for festive sausage rolls (my famous recipe!) and brie parcels 

Prior to the class you will be provided with a list of carefully selected ingredients and equipment. This course requires no specialist equipment which is perfect for the beginner baker 

We will bake both treats together and plenty of time will be offered for questions about Bake Off, general baking and anything inbetween

You’ll finish this course with confidence to make your own rough puff pastry each time. I'll also send the full recipe PDF via email after so you'll have it for years to come
