What we'll cover…
We will start the class with an elevated classic- chocolate brownies enriched with a miso caramel and move onto something a little more sophisticated…a chocolate tart filled with a rich salted caramel and topped with decadent chocolate ganache.
These bakes will showcase caramel made in two ways, teaching you the process to make the perfect caramel every time.
Prior to the class you will be provided with a list of carefully selected ingredients and equipment. This course requires specialist equipment, a stand mixer or electric whisk are essential
We will bake these treats together and plenty of time will be offered for questions about Bake Off, general baking and anything inbetween
You’ll finish this course with confidence to make your own delicious genoise cake each time. I'll also send the full recipe PDF via email after so you'll have it for years to come
